The film showcases the creation of a steel company, Oita Works, in Oita, Japan. It features the planning and approval process, the creation of their facilities by breaking ground and building various infrastructure, the grand opening of the factory, along with shots of workers doing their jobs and operating machinery. The film also includes shots of the facilities from above and diagrams displaying the layout of the facilities, illustrating the processes/materials used as well as explaining their integrated information system.
