Central National Bank records, 1906-1912
Scope and Contents
Records of the Central National Bank of Boston, Massachusetts include material concerning the liquidation of the bank, including the opinion of the Circuit Court of the United States in regard to changes of fraud brought by certain shareholders against the agent in charge or liquidation. Vol. 1 included administration records, lists of directors, and stockholders. Vol. 2 includes letters relating to stock certificates and dividends. Vol 3 is a dividend book, January 11, 1908; vol. 4 is a cash book, 1906-1910; vol. 5 is a check book stub, 1906-1911; vols. 6-7 are letter books 1906-1909 and 1906-1910. Vol. 8 i is a letter book relating to the Mudge plan, 1908-1909.
