A bill for amount of expenses paid in Washington, Boston, New Bedford in effecting change in U.S. Counsul at Honolulu, duties, etc. on seal oil and the efforts to change the U.S. laws in relation to the discharge and desertion of seamen, as per instructions from said owners. Also included is a list of names of New Bedford whaling agents, vessels, tonnage of each vessel and the amount charged to each ship agent for his share of the expenses.
