Typescript letter with handwritten signature and handwritten expense records on ledger paper for the Tennis Court parterre and fountain from June 4, 1959 to July 31, 1960. Expense records include itemized costs for Havey's professional time; McLeod and Romberg Stone Co. moving horses [fountains]; Pitzonka Nursery for plants; Wayside Nursery for plants; LaBar's Nursery for plants; Havey travel expenses; prints; supplies; postage; and telephone.

Copy of typescript letter from Anne Sweeney to Beatrix Farrand reports changes to the pictures displayed in the Dumbarton Oaks Catalogue House for which she added more rose pictures. She is planning to be away from Dumbaton Oaks to visit her sister who is ill. Sweeney reports Mr. Morrison's father passed away. Wayside Nurseries sent her nice catalogs, but she has not heard from Alfred Rehder, Arnold Arboretum or Hosea Waterer.

She explains all the changes to bulb orders for the Dumbarton Oaks, Washington, D.C. She offers a suggestion for the bulbs for Mildred Bliss. Also included is a tape from an acccounting machine.

He tells Stover he can only supply three varieties of hybrid tea roses and offers price for those. They do not grow the other varieties ordered nor do they know of a reliable source for them. He suggests Wayside Gardens, Co. for the 18 Douglas McArthur roses.
